We’re looking for someone with a broad and successful background in Asian and Domestic car service and repair. Typically this person could be a senior tech at a franchise (TiresPlus, Sears, etc.) or independent shop where you see all makes and a variety of problems. You would be ready for a career improvement - no nights/weekends, better pay, benefits, training and advancement.

Several of our technicians earn well over $60 & $70k annually!
That’s with an 8 hour day, Monday-Friday, no nights, no weekends. Plus insurance, uniforms, vacation, paid holidays and training. If you know your stuff, the compensation is exceptional.
About Us
Beckley’s is a AAA Approved Auto Repair center for American and Asian cars and a Bosch Authorized Service specialist for European imports. We’ve served Des Moines for over 34 years and operate from a large, modern, air conditioned shop located just off the freeway in downtown Des Moines. While other shops struggle, we stay busy and have grown significantly during the recession, increasing sales, profits and wages.
All of our people are honest, friendly and conscientious. They do good work and like working here together. Each tech has 2 bays with a Rotary in ground hoist and flat stall. We have multiple scanners including factory units, genesys, snap-on, etc. We have 2 professional service advisors and a terrific parts manager so you can work very efficiently. We’re online with Bosch, All Data, iATN and Mitchell Manager. Don’t forget, no night or weekends.
